It’s Time to Make a Difference! Climate Action Forum

The East Shore Climate Action Ministry Team (ECAM) has teamed up with leaders from 350 Eastside and People for Climate Action to hold a Climate Action Forum on Sunday, April 27th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. The program will include speakers from King County and the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, bringing us up to date on the progress of their Climate Action Plans. We have invited a number of groups to staff information tables, giving attendees the opportunity to talk with representatives and find out how to support them in their efforts. Groups we are inviting include Citizens Climate Lobby, Climate Solutions, Eastside Audubon Society and several others. Learn how you can make a difference in the fight against global warming and the environmental and social destruction it is causing.
how to attend
We plan to offer food and drink to all who visit the fair so we hope you will consider bringing some food to share. We could also use some help with set up and clean up.
