Waiting lists for single and double rooms will be maintained in order of the date of registration as a “Day Tripper” on Saturday. Notifications of an opening may be as late as the Friday morning of the Retreat (optional to accept.) See Day Tripper cancellation policy below.
Registration Refund Policy:
- Full deposit refund to anyone on the lodging waiting list who is unable to attend.
- Prior to 30 days in advance of the Retreat, a registration refund shall be 100%.
- Between 8 and 30 days in advance of the Retreat, a lodging refund shall be 50%
- Less than 8 days, there shall be no registration refund provided.
- “Lodging Wait-listed” people may apply their “Day Tripper” registration fee as a deposit, with a balance due if they are accepted for lodging.
- Day Tripper registration cancellations shall be refunded 100% when more than 8 days in advance of the Retreat.
- Day Tripper registration cancellations less than 8 days before the Retreat shall be refunded at 50%
