Poetry Sunday & Book Communion
“Poetry and spirituality are deeply intertwined, offering profound ways to explore, express, and nurture the human soul. Both practices focus on presence, mystery, and making sense of suffering, joy, and the transcendent. Reading and writing poetry can serve as a powerful form of meditation.”
Do you love poetry? Do you write your own? Have you been inspired by a particular poet? You are invited to share your favorite poem during the service. For the book communion, bring a book or two to share.
