A new team is forming, called the Membership Enhancement Team (ME Team). We plan to start meeting with members one-on-one, to get to know you better, and to help you enhance your experience and participation at East Shore. We’ll be starting off gradually in September, and ramping up over a couple of years with the aim of meeting with most members once a year. This will give you a great opportunity to let us know what’s going on in your life at present, what you enjoy most about East Shore, and how you hope to be involved and to support our community in the future. We’ll be able to pass your feedback, hopes and dreams that you choose to share on to relevant groups within East Shore, so that you know you’re being heard and you can get involved at whatever level you’re comfortable. We will find a mutually convenient time and location to meet, so when you receive an invitation to meet with one of us, please know that this is your chance to really be heard.
