Don’t risk losing your favorite meeting spot! The facilities manager is ready to begin renewal of your recurring meetings that will continue into the 2018-19 year. Meetings on the current calendar expire at the end of June. All groups…covenant circles, ministry teams, core teams, BOT teams, affinity groups, support groups, etc…must fill out the Internal Facilities Request Form, in order to have your recurring meetings continue. Any rental of any room for any reason must have a request form on file with Facilities (unless it is included on the Big Rocks calendar). Please complete the form ASAP.
