The facilities manager is in the process of updating all recurring meetings that will continue into the 2019-20 year, and YOU can help make sure the calendar is accurate. Meetings on the current calendar expire at the end of June. All groups…covenant circles, ministry teams, core teams, BOT teams, affinity groups, support groups, etc…must fill out the Internal Facilities Request Form, in order to have their recurring meetings continue. Any rental of any room for any reason must have a request form on file with Facilities. Please complete the form by June 28th or sooner. For questions, contact Dianne Upton.
