This Sunday our guest speaker Swapnesh Dubey will be presenting a talk entitled ‘Poverty Does Not Define Your Soul.’ He will be speaking from Mumbai, via video, as he has done in several services in the past. Part of this Sunday’s service will honor Indian Independence Day (August 15) – this year India celebrated 76 years of freedom from British rule.

After the service, starting at 12:00, we will be viewing the first episode of Swapnesh’s television talk show ‘Let’s Talk About It’ In this first episode Mr. Dubey interviews residents of Dharavi, Asia’s largest slum. He asks pointed and leading questions that reveal things often hidden about people who live in this and other slums. This video is a companion to the talk Swapnesh will be giving during the Sunday service. Both the service and the follow-up video will be a compelling, engaging, and joyful experience.

How to Attend

Transportation & Parking
Google Maps offers you door-to-door directions for driving, walking, biking, or public transit.

We have several parking lots. Our upper lot, off SE 32nd Street, is closest to our Sanctuary, it has handicap and stroller parking. There is a roundabout for drop-offs. Our lower, main parking lot is also off SE 32nd Street. There are stairs that will lead you up to the Sanctuary. If that lot is full, there is also street parking on 32nd Street.
