Come co-create a quiet spiritual experience. Try something new. Experience the benefits of sharing mindfulness and gaining new insights. We will offer some recorded guided meditations and also some silent ones. Open to all and free of charge. Each session stands alone so you don’t need to participate in all sessions. Coordinated by Caroline Haessly and Jennifer Sumner. 2nd and 4th Fridays starting March 10 and ending May 12 (5 sessions), 2pm-3:30pm, Sanctuary; on warm dry days we may opt to move outside. How to Attend

Transportation & Parking
We have several parking lots. Our upper lot, off SE 32nd Street, is closest to our Sanctuary, it has handicap and stroller parking. There is a roundabout for drop-offs. Our lower, main parking lot is also off SE 32nd Street. There are stairs that will lead you up to the Sanctuary. If that lot is full, there is also street parking on 32nd Street.
