Congregations for the Homeless Returns!

Jul 24, 2021 | Beacon, Justice, News

Every October, Congregations for the Homeless’ (CFH) rotating shelter comes to East Shore. The shelter provides a safe, clean place for men who are experiencing homelessness. East Shore’s CFH Ministry Team arranges for food for breakfast, makes sandwiches for lunch, and provides a hot dinner each night. The Ministry is beginning to organize and will need volunteers to purchase items, provide an East Shore presence (host), and provide dinners. People to help organize and solicit volunteers are also needed. If you want more information or are interested, please contact Dean Dubofsky or Peggy Phillips.
