Donations needed for the 9th Annual Trinkets and Treasures sale
All Proceeds Benefit Khasi Hills Friendship School in India
Here’s how you can help:
- Right now: Save your stuff for the sale! We need usable clothing for all ages, sizes, and shapes, plus usable housewares, sheets, towels, dishes, sports equipment, toys, games, art, working tech equipment, books, jewelry, special items and more. We also need empty paper grocery bags. We have a separate opportunity to make money on recyclable soft goods, such as unusable clothing and bedding.
- Bring empty paper bags and unusable soft goods to Mollie Player in the preschool room during either Sunday service.
- If you need to unburden yourselves of other items right now, contact Barb Clagett at 206-356-2644 or [email protected].
- Soon: Volunteer! We will need helpers for sorting, organizing, and pricing all the donations Sunday, August 18, through Thursday, August 22, as well as working the sale Thursday starting at 4:00 pm, through Friday and Saturday until 6:00 pm. You get to pick your times. It’s not too early to be added to our list: contact Barb Clagett at 206-356-2644 or [email protected] or Mollie Player at [email protected] if you want to join our veteran team!
This sale finances the Khasi Hills Friendship School for an entire year! Every donation counts. Please note, donations go to the ESUC Operating Fund which supports Khasi Hills and other programs.
