Puget Soundworks Concert: Sunday, December 2, 2:00 pm

Don’t miss this glittering, warm, witty and powerful concert by the region’s newest mixed LGBTQ chorus directed by Eric Lane Barnes. Delight in new takes on traditional tunes, pay homage to holidays past and be inspired by pieces created specifically for the chorus. From “O Holy Night” and “Immigrant Jesus” to “Bittersweet Tango” and “Porque Dios Ha Nacido,” the repertoire is as beautiful and diverse as the singers themselves. According to Artistic Director Eric Lane Barnes, “We will encourage the audience to laugh, to feel, to think, to weep, to absorb beauty, to laugh again, then leave feeling emboldened by what they’ve experienced.”

Puget Soundworks is an inclusive singing community where all people’s voices are heard through energizing performance and social action. Performances are guaranteed to be an eclectic mix of music from the heart. Special thanks to our Founding Sponsor The Court of Seattle Organization. This concert is presented as a fundraiser for East Shore Unitarian Church.
