All Spring Equinox Land Restoration and Plant Swap

This week for RE, we have two options, including a special extended event for All Ages outdoors. Join RE this week from 12-4pm in caring for our grounds. We will form small teams to work on native plant restoration projects throughout our grounds. Bring a picnic lunch, some clothes you can get dirty, and a pair of gloves. We’re also hosting a first ever plant swap. Plant swaps are a money-free tradition to exchange mostly, but not exclusively, perennial plants that are often divided and dug up at the turns of the season.

Transportation & Parking
We have several parking lots. Our upper lot, off SE 32nd Street, is closest to our Sanctuary, it has handicap and stroller parking. There is a roundabout for drop-offs. Our lower, main parking lot is also off SE 32nd Street. There are stairs that will lead you up to the Sanctuary. If that lot is full, there is also street parking on 32nd Street.
