This program helps participants learn about and discuss the physical and emotional changes of puberty. It offers accurate, unbiased information on human sexuality to preteens who need it to make responsible decisions and stay healthy.
Programming for our youngest community members focuses on fostering a sense of connection and safety. We encourage curiosity, play, and wonder while introducing the beloved stories, songs, and rituals of the Unitarian Universalist faith. Our nursery is open before services.
What does it look like to be radically welcoming? Not just as greeters, but as members of this community. Not just on Sunday, but all day, every day. NOW is the time to live into the welcoming we say every Sunday and make it the core of who we are. We will also welcome in New Members!
Religious Education programming is available for children and youth from nursery through high school. We are a cooperative community program that promotes the exploration of UU religious and ethical values and guides children and youth in leading lives grounded in those values. We believe parents are the child’s primary religious educator and as such, parents are expected to play an active role in supporting their child’s involvement with our Religious Exploration program by volunteering in some way.
Programming for our lower elementary kids includes themes of justice, equity, compassion, and mindfulness. Our small group learning environments includes interactive stories, songs, discussion circles, arts and crafts, and service projects from diverse and wide-ranging sources.
Programming for middle school youth ages 12-14 includes engaging youth in discussions on ethics, justice, and spirituality, and providing opportunities for leadership and community service. A key component is the Coming-of-Age program, where teens explore their beliefs, participate in mentorship, and create personal faith statements.
Newcomers are invited to stay after the service for our “New Here” gathering, which will be hosted in-person by our Director of Membership Development, Nicole Duff and members of the Membership Development Team. The gathering provides you with more information about who we are, and we can answer any questions you may have.

Do you love to sew, quilt, knit, crochet, embroider, paint, do calligraphy, make jewelry, and more? Would you like to teach or learn these skills? Let’s get together to have fun doing all the things that bring us joy and an opportunity to distress and build community. All ages welcome!
